Order Confirmation
Once you’ve placed your order through our online store, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your purchase request and pre-authorised your payment. If for any reason your chosen chair is out of stock, we’ll notify you immediately with the option to cancel or select a different item.

Order Shipment
We aim to dispatch all orders within five working days. Once your chair leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive tracking details via the email address you provided at checkout. If you haven’t received tracking info within three business days of placing your order, please get in touch at info@accentchairs.co.uk.

Damaged Items on Delivery
Please inspect your package carefully on arrival. If the packaging shows visible damage, make a note of it and sign the delivery slip as DAMAGED—or, if you’re unsure, refuse the delivery altogether. This ensures we can arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
If damage is not reported at the time of delivery and the item is accepted, we may be unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Replacement for Damaged Items or Missing Parts
If your chair arrives damaged or with missing parts, we’re happy to send you a replacement or the necessary parts at no cost. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage. If you’d rather return the product instead, we’ll refund the full item cost plus return shipping within five working days of receiving the item.
Please notify us of any issues within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at info@accentchairs.co.uk. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charge. If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return delivery. All returned items must be received within 14 days in unused, resalable condition and in their original packaging.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

We sometimes use trusted third-party fulfilment partners to dispatch our products. This allows us to keep most items in stock and offer fast, competitive shipping throughout the UK.

We never store your payment details, and we will never share your personal information with third parties.
